Keith and Satci, WOW! We met this beautiful couple while shooting a friend of theirs wedding in the Grand Cayman Islands last year. So when they asked us to come to Pittsburgh to photograph theirs, we were incredibly pumped. Jasen and I really connected with Keith and Staci on so many levels. We both have children before the ring and love our families to pieces. Always excited to travel, enjoy pushing the limits in most anything we do. It was one of the many reasons we were so excited to photograph them. We knew they were up to seeing how far we could take it.
Their life story together is pretty amazing. They have fought for life together, lost life and surrounded themselves with the most amazing family and friends. You can feel the bond between them and the ones they love. Some thing you feel after standing in a room with them for just a few moments. Again, something we knew and loved about them. This was one of the most emotional wedding we have ever photographed.
This day did not lend itself to one boring moment. In fact, I feel like this blog post doesn’t even put a dent into everything that really happened. So much so that we had to create a whole different blog post for part it. So after this, make sure you check out their day after session here. Mind-blowing! We were the first photographers to ever get to photograph a Bride & Groom in this old steel mill. So it’s a must see. Keith and Staci really outdid themselves.
Thank you so much Keith and Staci for trusting us, our crazy visions and for bringing us in as friends. We truly enjoyed every minute of this and are so so happy for you both! You are such a beautiful family. I hope these images make you feel like you are reliving that day every time you look at them. I know they did for me.
